Write real numbers, not feelings. Hours committed ÷ workdays remaining = your daily load. If that number makes you wince, you're already overcommitted.
For “other projects”:
Include everything not just paid work. Side projects, writing, launches. If it's going to claim a time slot this month, it counts.
This is the "what's lurking" question. Things that aren't urgent today but will become urgent at the worst possible time. Name them.
